We hope you have been well and safe. As you know, Concentric the 2020 Eastercon, did not happen. On 15th May we sent you an email explaining our reimbursement options. We have not, as yet, heard from you. We would like to finalise our convention finances would appreciate you letting us know your preference as soon as possible and in any case by 18th July. This will be three months after our first email and four months after the convention.

Just a reminder that as a member of Eastercon you are entitled to vote in the British Science Fiction Association awards. Help us choose the best novel, shorter fiction, non-fiction, and artwork of 2019!

You are also invited to the awards ceremony, online on the evening of 17th May. Save the date!

We are planning on holding the Eastercon bid session via a Zoom webinar on Sunday 12th April at 14:45.  

Invites will shortly be sent to all adult attending members (full attending and concession). This invite will be single use only. You will only be able to connect to the session from one device.

Please hold Easter Sunday at 14:45 open for the Eastercon bid session if you would like to vote for Eastercon 2021 and Eastercon 2022. We have received intentions to bid for both years.

We know there are plans afoot for various meetups over the Easter weekend and wanted to get this in your diary now. 

Detailed information on how we will present this and what you will need to do will be coming to your inbox no later than Friday 10th April.
