We hope you have been well and safe. As you know, Concentric the 2020 Eastercon, did not happen. On 15th May we sent you an email explaining our reimbursement options. We have not, as yet, heard from you. We would like to finalise our convention finances would appreciate you letting us know your preference as soon as possible and in any case by 18th July. This will be three months after our first email and four months after the convention.
The options available to you are:
- Donate (use the membership money to support future Eastercons)
- Repay to card (easy if you joined online others problematic)
- Bank transfer ( needed for non card payments, some card payments and available for all. Money transferred to account of your choice.)
- Special circumstances please explain.
If you haven’t responded by 18th July we will assume you wish to donate. This will be our final reminder.
