Please hold Easter Sunday at 14:45 open for the Eastercon bid session if you would like to vote for Eastercon 2021 and Eastercon 2022. We have received intentions to bid for both years.
We know there are plans afoot for various meetups over the Easter weekend and wanted to get this in your diary now.
Detailed information on how we will present this and what you will need to do will be coming to your inbox no later than Friday 10th April.
We are finalising our reimbursement process, and we expect to be sending an email outlining the procedures and your options, early next week.
