Concentric Membership reimbursement

Dear member,

We have been able to keep costs of the convention down to the point that we can meet them all from passalong funds received from previous eastercons. This means we can afford to reimburse all membership fees paid. This will mean that the amount we can passalong ourselves is going to be limited. We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of so many of you who have offered your membership fee to pay for shortfalls in our funding and many other purposes. We cannot accept your money if it comes with a specific purpose attached. We would like to acknowledge your generosity and accept your money to support the future of eastercons in coming years with funds to passalong if you should choose to donate.

If you choose to donate your membership, we will thank you and use it to support eastercons.

If you would like your money back we would like to reimburse you by the best way for you and Concentric.

A majority of you paid by card on one of three payment systems, some paid by cheque, others by cash and a few with groats.

We would like to pay you by refunding your card or by making a bank transfer.

Reimbursement method	Advantages	Disadvantages
Card repayment	Fast and easy for most card payments	Some cards will not repay because of system used
	Puts cash back where it came from	Cash back on your card might be less accessible (eg. Used by card to pay down balance.
BACS bank transfer	Almost instant transfer	Takes longer than card repayment to process
	Puts money into bank account.
Bics Iban	Only method for international transfer to EU countries	Takes longer
		May attract significant bank charges.

Your choices will be:

1/ Repay me by card if possible otherwise BACs

2/ Repay me by BACS whatever my original payment method.

3/ Repay me by Iban/Bics whatever my original Payment method.

We will attempt to process requests within 15 days.

(The bank details will be used if the card repayment fails.)

If you want bank repayment however you paid originally, please write Bank transfer and supply your bank details as above.

European members please give account name, bank name, bic and iban as appropriate.

Other problems please write a short note. These will have lower priority.
